Coronation Fund Managers (Coronation) commenced operations in Cape Town in 1993, with 15 staff and no assets under management. It was not long, however, before the determination and flair of the company attracted the assets of some of the largest retirement funds in SA. Coronation has grown to R70bn in assets under management and a staff complement of 140 in SA and the UK.
